I am an entrepreneurial and experienced interim manager, at my best when I work in an international environment. I have worked in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and Italy and with various countries around the globe. Being multidisciplinary and fluent in Dutch, English, Spanish and German, I have strong skills to liaise between departments (ICT, business, marketing, legal) and across suppliers and cultures. Over the last years I have built up a profound experience in the Gambling and iGaming industry.
Since I moved to the Spanish capital Madrid I have established my own company Ibereffect. When I am not working I am passionate about the mountains, which is the driving force behind my website hikingiberia.com

Greenplay.mx is the online gambling site of Codere in Mexico. Since Codere is a 100% legal operator, the big challenge of this project has been to implement a site that complied with the rules of the Mexican regulator and the internal compliance of Codere and its suppliers. On this project I have been responsible for the program and vendor management of the project in a multi-provider and multi-lingual environment, between various countries (such as Spain, Mexico, Estonia, United States and the United Kingdom).

On this project I was the interim online country manager for Codere´s first online implementation in Italy, coordinating and implementing a wide scope of aspects such as the project management for the implementation of the platform, the certification process to comply with AAMS, vendor management of vendors of a.o. gambling system, CRM, payment gateway, advising on the sourcing strategy and contract management and coordinating changes in corporate business processes.

As IT project manager I have managed several key elements of Victoria's technical roll out, launching the first legal betting shop in Spain ever, in Madrid. After Madrid I was located various months in Bilbao, to coordinate the technical rollout of the betting shops in the Basque Country and lead the certification process.
